To ensure we provide the best service to all of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and refund policy: • Cancellations with More Than 48 Hours’ Notice: If you need to cancel your appointment and provide more than 48 hours’ notice, you will be eligible for a full refund. • Cancellations with 24 to 48 Hours’ Notice: For cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will receive a 50% refund. • Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice or No-Show: Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend the appointment will result in no refund. • We are always transparent and explain treatments thoroughly, results are not be guarenteed and refunds are not available once the treatment has been carried out.
